I am now with Weichert Realtors in LaGrange. Since beginning work as a real estate sales person last April I have had three closings, two just last month. My husband & I were able to buy a house that I found out about before it was even on the MLS (which was definitely in our favor - we had our offer in one hour after the "For Sale" sign went up on the front lawn!) I was given the Weichert Pride award for the month of December, 2008 in recognition of work accomplished.

I attribute all that I have done in the short time I have been in the real estate field to the Lord first, of course, and also to all I was taught at the New York Real Estate Learning Center. Kathi, you took the massive amounts of information we needed to know and "fed" them to us in the smoothest way. I was never an "A" student in school, not even a "B" student, because I struggled to remember what my teachers taught me long enough to finish each year. The way you presented real estate to us just enabled me to become a sponge and soak it all in. I attribute so much of learning on the part of the student to how the teacher delivers. Thank you, thank you for making my transition into this field so enjoyable. There is so much we need to know as realtors and so much to continuously learn, and I am grateful that you were my "first step" through the door. I put much of what you taught me into practice with each day and each deal I have.

Personable atmosphere, very complete through range of topics, Extremely knowledgeable, humorous, & caring.

This was an excellent course that allowed incredible interaction due to the smaller class size. I learned so much in just to days, and walked away with great new ideas!

I will certainly recommend this learning center and plan to take future courses from Kathi Duffy

Excellent, easy going, love the stories and life's experiences. Kathi is an excellent teacher. Would love to come back more often for her classes!
